Flower in har nof

While in Israel, I was walking with my daughter near her seminary in Har Nov, when we saw this flower. Other flowers on that bush were all pink. But we saw a similar bush elsewhere with only the yellow flowers.

The flower belongs to a 'lantana' shrub.
And if left alone and in the right conditions it will take over the whole garden forcing out all other plant life, just like something else in Israel.
