This week's winning Watcher's Council entries are here. May I point out in line of what I wrote about the value of blogging, that the winning non-council entry about the population density of Gaza. It's easy for a reporter to write that Gaza is one of the most densely populated areas on earth in order to add pathos to the situation of the Palestinians. Never mind that it's not true. Fabian has done some excellent reporting to set the record straight. I hardly expect any members of the MSM to be much interested.
