I do not have much confidence in the current leadership of Barak Hussein Obama as "our?" president during this culture/religous war (and it is that). Hopefully America will soon have a leader who is that..., a leader.

I don't think religious extremism is the solution to the Isreali-Palestina crisis. All sides (including the Arab World) must excercise restraint in their actions. Discusions and negotiations is better than threats and irrationality

A crime is a crime - no matter the perpetrator. When Israel steals land and murders defensless Palestinians, that's a crime. Why do people feeled compeled to defend the crimes of Israel?

Israel has every right to exist, period. They have turned land that lazy, shiftless Arabs did nothing with for centuries into useful places. The Arabs proved in WWII (Lybia, Egypt)how useful they were, allowing the Nazi's to just walk in and take over w/o having to put up any kind of a fight. 6 million of their people weren't murdered but 6 million Jews were. Fighting over theologies is the stupidest idea in the world anyway. I don't care what God you choose to pray to. Just keep it to yourself and the whole planet would be much better off.

I'd say Jews should follow Fadlallah's example and declare Eretz Israel closed to discussion. Two can play the game. There is no reason for Israel to discuss a peace for territory deal with people who want to see Israel disappear. Yes, the issue is existential and no compromise is possible because the Arabs reject the idea of any Jewish State in the Middle East.
