Council submissions are UP!

Europe's Suicide - Wolf Howling writes about how European governments fail to recognize the threat posed by Muslims who are unwilling to assimilate, even if their electorates recognize the threat.
The Definitive Dossier on ACORN - The Provocateur continues his work on the illicit dealings of ACORN by giving an overview of its less than noble history.
The True Agents of Change - The Razor notes a co-worker who has grown disillusioned with President Obama. He argues that as the President overreaches, more and more of those who voted for the President last year will start to oppose him. He sees those ex-Obama voters as being key to the President's political defeat.
Discourse, AstroTurfing, and Organizing - The Glittering Eye looks at how supporters and opponents of health care reform attack each other's motives. He sees nothing especially sinister about the motives, though they may be mistaken.
It's not about race, it's about government takeover - Right Truth highlights the misdirection of the President's supporters.
Human Rights Watch Shill Has Meltdown - Rants About "Sharanskys Of The World," Dares Critics To Find "One Incident" Of HRW Bias - Mere Rhetoric again shows the hypocrisy and cynicism of Human Rights Watch.
Mirage: Obama's Middle East Strategy - Joshuapundit gives a devastating look at the President's policies for the Middle East. I loved this sentence:
The first mistake Obama made was to assume that the Israelis were basically just like the Leftist American Jews in his immediate circle, and that even if they weren't, they were susceptible to being pressured to knuckle under.
These folks must have been "un-American" - The Colossus of Rhodey compares the coverage of President Obama's critics with that of the coverage of President Bush's critics. It shows that our media is hopelessly biased. See this too. (via memeorandum, Instapundit)
The fog of war lifted - My post this week looks at the reports about Israel's shelling of a school affiliated with the UN during the Gaza war earlier this year compared with what the IDF has since learned in its investigation of the conduct of the war.

My non-council submission this week is Day by Day's Final Solution to free speech, which is an op-ed masquerading as a cartoon.
