There's great (nay, historic) Kosher Cooking Carnival is up at Food History. I really liked The Rebbetzin Husband's post, especially since I know a little bit about his organization. My wife does something similar to this (with a different array of vegetables). I wonder if it's a trend. Pickled Beets? Plus lots more.
I am not linking to Haveil Havalim today because I do not wish to support the host. When it's up later, check out Jack's Shack for directions to HH. Even if you don't, check out Jack for Obama's Peace Process. I believe I've made a similar argument in the past, but it's something that's worth repeating.

I'm curious to know what this is all about.
