The council ha spoken.
This week's winning entry was Colossus of Rhodey's How'd I get a bad grade? I was there? a great look at the contemporary sense of entitlement. The runners up were Mere Rhetoric's The Iran Lobby moves in to the White House - a reminder that the Israeli Lobby, such as it is, doesn't exist in a vacuum, and Bookworm Room's The Co-dependent liberal party, comparing Democrats to enablers.
On the non-council side, the winning entry was Michael J. Totten's Christopher Hitchens and the Battle of Beirut, about a street fight. Melanie Phillips' Liberal Derangement was the runner up.
Congratulations to all the winners.
The Watcher, himself has contributed the profile of a Weekend Weasel, who seeks to ban Barbie. Related thoughts from Don Surber.
And the latest National Journal poll, in which a number of Council members participate is up. I especially recomment Colossus of Rhodey's (D. S. Hube) response!
