Thanks for including me even though of been lax recently in submitting posts for the collection. So difficult making a choice, you know. Hope everyone enjoys the summer (for those north of the equator). I am sure that a better use of the blogosphere could be achieved in terms of action, coalescing and making an impression on our world. It'll come about.

There was a recent attempt to discuss the possibility of a Medinath Yehudah in Teveth 5766/January, 2006. As a result, the conference was kicked out of Yeshivath HaKotel, an Internet Cafe was closed, an attack dog training program was shut down, and yours truly, among others, was taken in "for questioning."

Gee. I guess the Israel gov't doesn't want such a thing.

This year, a copy cat conference took place with Women In Green and others, much more toned down though, not threatening to the gov't I suppose, but monitored none the less.
