Oy - can't believe I missed "Over and Over" last week, what with all the Tusk quotes I'm always using! (But you gave me a chance to do teshuvah below...)

Anyway, for this week's:

1) Van Morrison, "Brown Eyed Girl"

5) Fleetwood Mac, "Brown Eyes" (see above!)

16) Eagles, "Lyin Eyes"

17) Survivor, "Eye of the Tiger"

20) Alan Parson's Project, "Eye In The Sky" I think is the title (?)

I can think of other songs that are probably there, but I need to reverse-engineer the quotes.

As for the theme, "eye" guess the "eyes" have it!

14. "These eyes" by the Guess Who
21. "In your eyes" by Peter Gabriel

Posted by: Yitzchak Goodman at December 3, 2007 10:50 AM

7. "Betty Davis Eyes" Never understood that line until now. Can't remember the artist.

Posted by: Yitzchak Goodman at December 3, 2007 10:52 AM

7.Bette Davis Eyes-Kim Carnes

3. Don't it Make My Brown Eyes Blue, Crystal Gayle
#11 is awfully familiar...

I knew "Don't it Make My Brown Eyes Blue" would be there somewhere!

Here's one more:

22) "No one bites back as hard on their anger"

22.Behind Blue Eyes-The Who
