Some great songs there! I'll see if I can get more later but for now:

1) Don Henley, "All She Wants to Do is Dance"

3) "Dance With Me", I know the artist but it isn't coming to me.

5) "I Hope You Dance", some country singer.

6) Donna Summer, "Last Dance"

7) David Bowie, "Let's Dance"

9) Van Morrison, "Moondance"

10) Is this from "Safety Dance"? That has to be somewhere

16) Elton John, "Tiny Dancer"

17) The Kinks, "Come Dancing"

19) Frank Zappa, "Dancing Fool"

20) Martha and the Vandellas (and many other cover versions), "Dancing in the Street"

22) Abba, "Dancing Queen"

24) "Dance the Night Away", by a late 70s disco singer whose name I forget.

From these examples, the theme is self-evident.
