There's a new index for calculating one's position in the blogosphere. Blogjuice. It takes a blog's ranking based on Technorati, Alexa, Bloglines and Links and comes up with a number, with 10, apparently being perfection. I ranked a 4.7, which is solidly middle of the pack.

I'm not sure how my Bloglines score was 50, Bloglines currently lists me as having 44 subscribers. I'm guessing that since TTLB seems to combine links and Technorati, it would be redundant to include it as an index.

The point of the exercise it to rate blogs for advertising purposes.
