Again, I'm running late with my updates on the results of the Watcher's Council votes.

When the Council spoke last week (Oct 6) the winning entry (decided by the Watcher himself) was "Peace" and War on an Autumn Afternoon by Gates of Vienna a travelogue recounting competing ideologies.

The two other major vote getters were There Are No Words ShrinkWrapped's reflections on the horror of the Amish schoolhouse shooting and JoshuaPundit's very funny - or perverse -
The Horrors of Club Gitmo... and Camp Pendleton recounting of the "horrors" faced by the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.

The winning non-council post was Rants and Raves fascinating Observations on Arabs based on the year he spent in Saudi Arabia.
