I'd like to congratulate my friend and blogchild Elie's Expositions on reaching 20,000 hits. He's a great writer and has told his tragic story with great style and grace.

On a lighter note I remember 16 or so months ago when I asked Pillage Idiot about his Maryland Bloggers Alliance and after a rigorous approval process I was accepted into this exclusive club. Under Pillage Idiot's skillful guidance during since then, the Maryland Bloggers Alliance has experience growth of 350%. Now he's been honored by the Hatemonger's Quarterly. I hope I speak for all members of the Maryland Bloggers Alliance in saying that we are honored to be in the company of such darn goodness.

And I'm thrilled that I've finally made it to 6 digits. Yesterday Soccerdad had its 100000th unique visitor.
