Molotov cocktail thrown at baltimore hebrew university

I realize that this is minor compared to what happened in Israel today, but yesterday a Molotov cocktail was tossed at the Baltimore Hebrew University yesterday. When we went to pick up our daughter next door, we wondered why all the police cars were there. Now we know.

LGF is skeptical that it's not being considered a hate crime.

A series of cameras have been set up along that stretch of Park Heights Avenue due to concerns about the number of Jewish institutions in that area. So did the cameras catch anything?

UPDATE: I was at the JCC today, next door to BHU, and the police presence was quite pronounced. In addition to one or two cars there was a plainclothes officer sitting on a bench. (He had a POLICE T-shirt on. And there was huge mobile tactical police unit parked accross the street. They may not have declared Wednesday's incident a hate crime, but they're not taking any chances. One of the Shuls (synagogues) I passed also had a police car in its driveway.

UPDATE II: In Shul on Shabbos the NWCP had a letter up saying that there was evidence that the firebomb was anything other than vandalism. It also gave a website for the NWCP. While the website has some useful informaiton the site is incomplete and the latest news updates were 2 years old.

That's awful. Did they find who threw it?

I am starting to hear about more episodes like this. We need to be careful.
