Interior designer, chef or child psychologist - if I could have picked 10 professions I had the least interest in, I suspect that those 3 would be among that list!

I didn't take the test, but I've taken others. I'm either an ISTJ or an ISFJ, kind of borderline between the two.
Mine says: "In your spare time, you post stupid, infantile things on the internet."

Are you kidding?
These are the 3 key ingredients of a good parent:
o cleaning
o cooking
o breaking up arguments between siblings
I've taken this before too - in fact I carry my results around in my briefcase for some reason. I came out as an ISTJ, but my third variable had the mildest preference of the four, so I was quite close to the same categorization as you. Guess that one reason we became friends.
I definitely wouldn't want either of those three jobs either, though as a parent you need at least some degree of applied child psychology to survive!

Posted by: Elie at July 17, 2006 11:46 AMHere's a theory I have: Most frum guys are ISTJ or ISFJ. Not vice versa -- me, for example -- but I think you have to have a certain personality to do well with the minutiae of the mitzvah system.
