Bytes and carnivals 03/21/2006

The Kosher Cooking Carnival is going under. Down-under that is. Sarah's View is hosting the 4th edition. Get your submissions in by April 2. But remember Pesach (Passover) is coming. Leaven your comments but not your recipes.

Speaking of carnivals, the UberCarnival is now employing BlogCarnival technology.

One of the toughest things to do is to make something interesting to someone who doesn't know the subject. Kudos to Life of Rubin and Blog in Dm for making the latter's Interview with a J-Blogger extremely enjoyable. I know very little about the current state of Jewish music so the interview was quite informative.

It's nice to be mentioned.

This isn't really a carnival but Lousiana Conservative put together an incredible list. I don't want to guess how many hours it took him. But it was very nice to be included.

This guy knows how to flatter me. I'm in his select "blogroll Israel" with Elder of Ziyon and AbbaGav. I'm sure he realizes that there are a lot of other great blogs out there worth reading and the blogroll will grow accordingly.

Welcome back.

Two of my favorite blogs have made brief re-appearances: Biur Chametz (just in time too) and PostWatch Blog.

UPDATE: And I've been remiss in mentioning that the excellent It's Almost Supernatural won the Best South Afrian Political Blog award. So why not stop by, read a little, see why they won and offer congratulations (or Mazel Tov!)
