Europe has a Jewish problem. Again.
Sweden.
Belgium.
France.
France again.
And how does Europe attempt to address this problem?
Euro deputies round on Israel after jail raid ends Abbas visit
European parliamentarians roundly criticised Israel for an army raid on a West Bank prison which forced Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas to cut short his visit to Europe.
Deprived of a long-awaited address by Abbas, whose impoverished Palestinian territories receive vast amounts of EU aid, the deputies condemned the attack and the wave of revenge kidnappings it fuelled.
Israel was guaranteed that Saadat and his henchmen would remain in jail. The newly elected Hamas government declared that it would free them. And Israel's to blame because its action cancelled a long-awaited speech from the electrifying Abu Mazen? Might the breach in agreement with Israel be justification for taking action? Or was the speech really more important?
Do you think that maybe by lionizing Israel's enemies while condemning Israel might inspire anti-Israel and anti-Jewish feelings and actions?
Just asking.
