A month ago the groundhog was confused, he wasn't sure if he saw his shadow or not so he didn't wait six weeks. Today ol' Phil aroused Life of Rubin from his hibernation, and he comes up with Haveil Havalim #60. Good going Phil, he hasn't lost his touch!
