Cut from the same cloth?

Elder of Ziyon has an excerpt from an article in the NY Sun demonstrating that widely quoted Palestinian pollster, Khalil Shikaki, may well have been doing fundraising for his brother's business. (What business is that? Palestinian Islamic Jihad.)

That Dr. Shikaki may have been involved in financing PIJ is in the news right now because he is currently a scholar at Brandeis University and a Brandeis student, Alisa Flatow was killed in a terror attack perpetrated by Palestinian Islamic Jihad in 1995.

FWIW, an online publication, Inside Higher Ed, not surprisingly, claims that Shikaki is being smeared. The problem is that, despite his acquittal, I believe Prof. Al Arian to be guilty of the charges and refuse to dismiss the evidence presented on account of the acquittal.
