Pakistan Snubs Israeli Aid Offers - The Jerusalem Post

In its defense Pakistan claims:

Pakistan has said that it has not received the specific offer regarding rescue and relief operations including financial assistance from Israel and therefore was not considering on that point, it was informed by Foreign Office spokeswoman Tasneem Aslam during the weekly press briefing here on Monday.

Israel probably has many ways of helping but need information about what's needed the most now. I don't find the answer convincing.

However some aid is OK, even if it come from Jews, Pakistan Welcomes Aid From US Jews
