Secular Blasphemy discussed the view to the moon. Specifically why does the moon appear larger in the sky at times? In truth it always appears the same size, it's just an optical illusion.

The Maryland Weather blog links to a NASA quiz. The quiz shows a satellite photograph of part of the earth and asks questions about. Use the questions to identify the area and answer them. I know what country it shows but haven't been able to narrow things down any more than that. Hurry. The deadline is July 5, 2005.
