Saddam was no Threat

Slifay Hraka links to the army organization in charge of exploding the huge amount of ordnance captured in Iraq. This begs the question, what did Saddam need all these explosives for? Construction? Highways?

A large explosion such as this one requires careful arrangement of the materials to be destroyed. The goal for destruction is 100 tons per day per site.
