We'd rather die first

As you know, the Iranian Mullahs stated that they would rather have more people die than to accept aid from the Zionist entity. Despite the fact that Israel and Israeli organizations, unfortunately, has extensive experience in rescue missions after disasters, the Mullahs decided that it would be better for more people to die than to accept aid from Israel.

That's been bad enough.

But the silence from the international community has been deafening. People are dying because of antisemitism and not a single world leader has scolded the Mullahs telling them to accept aid from the closest place with this expertise. Where's Kofi Annan? Where is President Bush and where is Tony Blair? Where are the editors of the New York Times and Washington Post? It may not change anything but the silence here is deadly. There will not be peace in the Middle East until there is a sea change in attitudes of the Arab/Muslim world. The world that claims to want peace should at least have paid lip service to the notion that it values life above all else. Instead the message the world sent that it's all right to hate Jews even if it kills.
