I used to get e-mail from Golan Cipel

I knew I had heard the name Golan Cipel before it came up with regard to the scandal with Gov. McGreevey. News reports say that he used to work for the Israeli consulate.
Although a search at the Israeli Foreign Ministry website doesn't find anything when you do a search on "Cipel," Golan Cipel used to be responsible for putting together the daily Israel Line reports for the Israeli Consulate.
Searching the internet, I haven't found these old Israel Lines, but there have been some references to them such as here. It might just be that the MFA website hasn't finished reorginizing its content since its redesign. It does not appear that you can access the archives for the 1990's right now.
