Jeane Kirkpatrick

Last week Jeane Kirkpatrick spoke at an event sponsored by my synagogue. My Rabbi recounted that it was easier to get her to speak than he anticipated and he asked her why that was. She said that when she was at the UN she saw how antisemitic they were there (not just anti-Israel) so she resolved that she would try to speak to any Jewish group that asked her.
For an example of her views on the Middle East see "How the PLO was Legitimized" from the AEI website.
UPDATE:I talked to the Rabbi of my synagogue. He said that she does have an agent, but I do not know details. Contact info for Dr. Kirkpatrick is here and here. My suggestion would be to call her or her assistant and ask how to engage her as a speaker.
UPDATE: From the linked article above particularly apt in light of last week's ruling by the ICJ:

…The judges of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) are elected by the General Assembly in a manner that represents the political configuration of that body. New rights and duties seek like ground water from the General Assembly to the ICJ because the latter is a creation of the former.
